Train With Tess Week Day 4

Today we have an Interview with Ellie Cassidy  from Tickled Pink with the continuation of the Ciffs & Flogger Bookthong Giveaway  

Hey Kiki – thank you for hosting me on your blog, you know, I must return the favour and have you on ‘Nylon Dreams’ sometime, do you have any tales of tickling you can delight my readers with? *giggles*

1. Sounds great *winks* And, tickling, well, I'm the one asking the questions here...LOL So, on with it. Without giving away too much of the story, was there a moment in the beginning when you went from fear and not knowing to realising who had ‘captured’ you? Can you tell me more about what you were feeling then?

Ooh, well, I really didn’t have any idea who had captured me, it was very bizarre in all honesty, but I can tell you, I did feel safe in a very strange way. I knew this man wasn’t going to hurt me, just, I wasn’t sure quite what he was going to do with me! And when the tickling started? Hah! I was so confused, I mean who abducts someone to tickle them? It was like i was right in the middle of an Austin Powers sketch or something. My mind was buzzing, trying to figure out ‘why’. There was a nagging feeling I knew who it was, but each time I almost figured it out, my mind was distracted with another tickle, another caress, another *ahem*, well, we won’t go there at this time of the day shall we? *giggles* I don’t think Mark would appreciate me talking about him so openly whilst he’s present! *waves enthusiastically at him sitting on the sofa on the other side of the room*

When I realised who it was, when I read that note, I was excited! Totally thrilled, nervous, I had no idea what I was going to do at work the next day, a million things were running through my head, would there be a repeat? Did I please him? What was this new side of me that I was feeling? I knew I wanted to explore it further, but – I suppose I was also really scared! Did I just imagine the whole thing? Haha!

2. Once in a submissive position, what surprised you most about yourself?

Well, I’d never considered anything remotely submissive before, I mean Mark has taught me an awful lot since we got together. I’ve always wanted to please people, that’s just me tied up in a big red bow really. So, pleasing the man you love in any way you can? Such a natural progression, and if that’s submission, then so be it. I suppose what surprised me the most was how much I enjoyed the forced laughter. I’m not a noisy person for all intents and purposes, and I would never consider laughing hysterically or anything noisy and annoying like that. People say I’m a giggler, but I always try and keep that inside as much as possible, keep myself out of the limelight, tucked away at the back of a room. I’m opinionated for sure, but if you’ve got the confidence of your convictions, you can easily get your point across without shouting. For me, abandoning my senses – without choice, was new, head spinning, strange but oh so exciting!

3. Tickling! Were you surprised how much it affected you? Why or why not?

Mmmmmm now I’ve always enjoyed the caress of a tickle, perhaps I’d not realised quite how sexual it could be, but then, I’ve never allowed anyone to tie me down and drive me crazy before.  A swift kick to the shins to any prospective tickler was usually enough to deter the most ardent. But this was totally different. Crazy freaky, and the single-most mind-blowing experience I’d ever had. Now Kiki, go on, admit it, you’d love to give it a try wouldn’t you? Mark would be gentle you know, he’s very experienced in that kind of thing *giggles*

4. Tell us something not revealed in the story about your Boss.

*Looks off to the left* Oh go on Mark, I’m not going to say anything too embarrassing! Sorry? Haha!! No, I won’t say about the birth mark! What!!! But I haven’t said anything about where it was!!!

Sorry Kiki, he does get nervous when I’m off chatting, he says I spill way too much information, and all of it about him! But, then I love him, why wouldn’t I like to discuss everything about him? I suppose that’s the difference between women and men? *laughs* OK. Back to the question, just try and ignore him for the moment!

Well, despite being a hard worker, an incurable romantic and a terrifying tickler, he likes to volunteer for the National Trust. He likes nothing better than to pull on a pair of hiking boots, a swiss army knife, some battered old clothes and to spend a Sunday conserving the countryside with a group of other volunteers. They do all sorts like fixing fences, something they call ‘scrub bashing’ which is removing the invasive bushes and weeds from the public walking routes, and all other sorts of things. He really does come alive when he can just shun the stresses of work and chat with likeminded friends. Volunteering is a great social leveller, and I confess, I’ve joined him a couple of times, but, I’ve always been very careful to wear gloves to avoid breaking a nail.

Ooh! Is that the time? We’ve got to get back for the kids, the babysitter will be wondering where we’ve got to! Thank you for being such a wonderful hostess, you’ve got my email? Throughout her life Tessa Wanton has always had her head buried in a book, spending much of her time in a fantasyland. She constantly looks to immerse herself in new experiences, meet new people and explore new lands, fictional or otherwise.

Having had an extensive musical background from early childhood, both performing and composition, she has always enjoyed creating art that stirs the emotions. Her debut Novella, “The Training Of Tess”, led to an expansion of her creativity from her music into literature and she has many more incredibly passionate and titillating stories for Tess in progress, to be revealed shortly.

Tessa has been fascinated with the BDSM scene for many years, researching the content for her stories with close friends, who have been kind enough to be open and share their intimate experiences. The information that inspired her most were the recollections her friends revealed.  She realized that what we all hear and see in the media about BDSM is always violent and often times sadistic.  However, in reality, there is so much more of an emotional and intellectual connection, a willing and completely consensual trust and communication between partners, and this was the basis for the creation of her protagonists.

Is her namesake her? Perhaps she is. She certainly has the depth of emotions that Tessa feels and she hopes that Tessa’s experiences may perhaps change the reader’s views about the world of BDSM. Along with her other characters, Tessa hopes to allow readers to realize that there is so much more to explore within our sexualities than the mass media would have us believe.
